With all business finance, leasing or commercial property transactions,
prior to receiving a proposal or a quotation on rate and repayment terms
from Lenders, the Broker will need to provide specific credit information
in respect of the potential borrower. Frequently a Lender may have their
own form for a broker to complete, however the generic forms we have
provided are often equally suitable. In addition to this information,
Lenders will often ask for sight of documentation to support an application.
This documentation may include some of the following:
- Executive summary
- Asset and Liability statements
- Payment Profiles
- 6 months bank statements
- Brief CV on borrowers or company directors
- If new company start full personal and financial details
on owner
- If an established company - 3 years financial reports
including balance sheets
- If a business re-finance situation - reason for re-finance
- Types of existing finance agreements in force
