Our standard charge for successful applications is 1% - 5% of the loan
amount, the success fee is set down on a case by case basis and this
is only charged on production of an offer of advance from a properly
regulated lending institution.
In additional to this most lending institutions charge a fee to be paid
only if they agree the facility. If the property or land needs to be
valued you will be responsible for their charges in this respect.
We reserve the right to charge an hourly rate of £150 for abortive work connected with the application.
The conditions of which are set down in the Fee Agreement which must
be signed before commencement of any work.
